What is a Centifolia rose?

lynnetteJanuary 1, 2013

Another name for a Centifolia is Cabbage Rose because of their blooms many petals that are shaped like small cabbages. These roses are not robust and need careful attention to nutrients and a spraying program. They are very fragrant but the stems are lax and the weight of the large flowers will soon weigh the canes down and so should be supported.
