What species are hardy to what zone?
Most species of passionflower are tropical in origin, but several varieties are hardy in North America, including P. incarnata and P. caerula.
P. incarnata (maypop) is native to the Southeastern part of the United States, and has been found growing wild in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia
